During this 6-hour workshop at the Royal Den Room, Parkland Riverview, NB, we’ll cover the non-fiction writing process from information gathering and drafting, through plotting and structuring a story. Whether you’re writing memoir, essays or simply for pleasure, you’ll learn creative techniques to generate ideas and craft compelling stories. This is all you need to start writing!

No experience is necessary. The workshops are suitable for adults who do not currently write, as well as those who have been putting their thoughts on the page for some time. It can also benefit writers interested in memoir and personal essays or just for personal growth and enjoyment. Exercises are fashioned to encourage deep thought, reflection and creativity. Beginning and seasoned writers will benefit from the practice, techniques and interaction with others.
